Lemon, mango and coconut cheesecake This recipe is nice and easy. It was one of the first recipes I created for my website. It’s a firm favourite now I can tell you! Mango is quite mild so the lemon helps bring a bit of zing to this dish – and it’s not overly rich. B

Chocolate chip cookies This recipe is actually one I got from my friend Dave Mckinnon.  They are to die for – soft and chewy and warm out of the oven, pretty much heaven. How flat they go will depend on how warm the butter in the mixture is – the colder it is, the rou
