I’m all about creating special recipes using normal ingredients. I mean hey, I do most of my shopping at my local supermarket and I’m sure a lot of you are the same. (We’re very lucky in New Zealand to have such amazing food and fresh produce at our supermarkets.) Simple made special – everyday ingredients used to make sensational food.
If you want a happy, healthy relationship with food, I reckon the simple act of preparing a home-cooked meal is a great place to start. When you eat homemade food using quality ingredients you know exactly what’s gone in, and you know that it’s real. As long as you keep active and eat a balanced diet, I figure it’s all good. Good homemade food is the key; it has the power to make people happy.
